Delivery Confirmation: Once the tracking indicates a package has been delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is safe or arrange to receive the package personally.
3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
A. Standard Return Policy

Return Window: Most electronic items are eligible for return within 15 days of the original delivery date.

Condition Requirement: All returned items must be in like-new condition, in their original, undamaged packaging, and must include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation. Missing items may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

C. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund amount for items that are returned opened, used, or missing original packaging. This fee covers costs associated with inspection, testing, and repackaging the product.
D. Return Process

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team before shipping any product back. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

If a component within the open-source assembly carries a standard manufacturer's warranty, any claims must be made directly to that component manufacturer. Our store does not provide coverage or assistance for such third-party warranties.
